Pink Door Storage & RV - Springville

This is an overall excellent and professionally run and managed storage facility, offering great customer service and a seemingly new, and really cleanly property. Plus, they offer Fantastic move-in specials, along with monthly discounts for active military and veterans (and possibly others, too; check online or inquire). The only reasons for my 4-star rating instead of 5-star are the following little things, as compared to some other storage companies that I’ve rented from in the past (back in the Atlanta area): - There aren’t actual parking spaces to park in when visiting your storage unit. But the rental agreement still states that you should never, at anytime, block another storage unit. - They don’t offer full 24/7 access, which is my preference (though it’s not at all common around the northeast Utah area). - When I’d opted for an interior, climate-controlled storage unit, I thought the setup would be like that of a facility like Extra Space Storage or Uhaul Storage (which I feel are more convenient during inclement or frigid weather conditions), but it’s instead a different and unique placement for those unit types. - I don’t really care for the surroundings and route required to navigate to their front entrance; particularly when traveling to the facility in the evening. However, the exit gate leads you into a lovely and super safe residential subdivision (but also to a difficult traffic intersection with no traffic light to help). - And, lastly, they have very particular limitations stated within the rental agreement that discourage visiting your storage facility with whatever frequency you desire to or may have need to. Which I do understand the purpose of, but, nonetheless, still find to be an inconvenience.

Danielle was extremely helpful. She got me everything I needed. The service was beyond what I have received anywhere else. 100% would recommend to anybody! Super clean as well!

Unit was very dusty when we arrived. I brought a leaf blower and cleaned it out really quickly. We used this as a short term storage between moves while our house was completed for construction.
