Home to the "Wheel Of Progress"
On site you'll find the Wheel of Progress, a tribute to Arizona’s Mining, Sand, and Gravel Industry, dedicated by E.J. Cyr on January 1, 1993. This historic wheel, originally constructed in 1905 by Ingersoll Rand for the Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company in Miami, Arizona, played a crucial role in powering a 150-ton air compressor, showcasing the ingenuity of early industrial engineering. Weighing an impressive 60,000 pounds, the Wheel of Progress symbolizes the rich heritage of Arizona’s mining industry. The wheel makes our facility easy to spot, but is also a fascinating piece of history!

Everyone here has been so incredibly helpful. My things were put into storage by someone else, who gave me the wrong gate code. I had to take over the lease on the unit to get my things back and they got it transferred to me the same month I talked to them even though he and I were both in other states for the whole process. When I figured out he’d given me the wrong code, the office was closed but the property manager got a new one set up for me remotely and gave me a temporary code to use before that one went through. There were so many points I thought something was about to be a huge problem for me and they just got it taken care of right away instead.“

I wish there were more than 5 stars because Miguel really helped me out tremendously . He showed me the size unit I needed, was conversational and courteous , not fake but for real! So he gets double, 10 stars plus!!!
