We were very pleased with the new facility here at Yuma RV & Boat Storage, but we were even more blown away by your employee, Eric's generosity and hospitality! He truly goes above and beyond! And I'm not just saying that, he is a one of a kind and would give his shirt off his back for you! He's friendly, will help you with absolutely anything- you just need to ask! He definitely goes above and beyond his job title!
We called the facility asking for sizes and quotes, Eric helped us out and told us what was available and I told him we liked to come out from CA on the weekend and Eric told us that you were only open M-F , but he went above and beyond and met us yesterday on a Saturday(not during business hours)to get us hooked up with 2 storage units. Not only did Eric take his time to meet us yesterday on his day off, he was friendly, talkative, and truly felt like family to us. He took the time to blow out each storage unit and he even helped me back my boat into the storage unit.
