4/2024 Update - increased rating from 2 to 4 stars Though I still feel Pink Door at the ownership level is a poorly run company with terrible customer service and only think about making money and not quality, and there are still a few things that need to be fixed, since Chris has been managing this property the conditions have improved quite a bit. UPDATE In response to Pink Door's reply, my review is based on the new management. Not the previous two owners. It has gotten worse there since my last review. ********************************************** Don't expect much. If you want to overpay and enjoy poor customer service, this is the right place for you. Since Pink Door has taken over this facility it has gone way downhill. First, their communication is terrible. They do not respond to emails or return your calls. If you call them, they will tell you they have to call you back but never do. Even when I called another state location to get the corporate number, they blew me off promising to call me back, no call. They bragged about all they were going to do to make it nicer, they have not. They purchased one new set of stairs which are too short to reach the top of an RV, all it needed was new wheels. The taller stairs on the covered side have broken wheels, these would be easy to replace, but they haven't. The pressure washer on one side is frequently down. The yard lights were only partially on one evening, I am not sure how long that went on for, this is a big security concern. The grass is always overgrown. There is trash all over that they do nothing about. They changed their access hours to 6 am-10 pm, and never notified the tenants, I only found it online, and I still don't see it posted anywhere. Before it was 24-hour access so now if you get in late from a trip, you have to find a place to park for the night until they open. I have spoken with a few other tenants who are having the same issues. All this and they are raising the rates more often than other places. They notified me of my last increase with an email opening with all the improvements they have been making. The only thing new there are the short stairs and the sign on the gate. This lot used to be one of the nicest in the area and had a waiting list to get in, now I would guess it is at least 1/4 empty, with more trailers and boats leaving every month. Their website talks about their excellent customer service and charity work and the pink door is in honor of a friend's daughter who died. The way they run this business, that family should be ashamed to be associated with it in any way. This place won't last long the way they run their business. Their customer service is nothing but lip service.

I've had my very high-end RV here for a little over two years now and I can't tell you how appreciative I am how safe it is how orderly it is I never feel like anything's gonna happen to my RV. The manager Kris is amazing and always so helpful !!! The 2 most important thing to me regarding my motorhome is that it's in a safe anbd anffor environment and this is it!

I got an uncovered spot in a back area. Covered spots have electric but not uncovered out back. There is one spot you can go to for electric as well as water and power wash. Also, thete is a dump station for waste water. The owner, Chris, is very helpful and friendly. Very reasonable prices. The office is in the lot in a storage unit. There were no signs that pointed it out.
